Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Paid Ads Specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales, while optimizing campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as needed.

• Conduct research to identify target audiences and keywords, and develop ad copy and creative that resonates with these audiences.

• Manage and optimize campaigns to ensure that they are meeting performance targets, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and web development, to ensure that paid advertising campaigns are aligned with broader marketing initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, and implement new strategies as needed.

• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring that spending is within budgetary constraints.

• Continuously monitor and adjust bids, ad placements, and targeting to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a proven track record of driving performance and ROI.

• Strong understanding of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.

• Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools.

• Google AdWords and Facebook Ads certifications preferred.
