Description:

A Talent Management Administrator is needed to provide support in areas of Human Resources. This is a first shift position.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that the activities and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the company

Advertise and post jobs, screen, interview, test applicants, and check references, discuss organization, policy, wages, working conditions, and promotional opportunities with prospective employees

Attend and host career fairs and other networking events as needed

Manage company career page, employment-related aspects of the webpage, social media channels, campus recruiting, and internship/field experience opportunities

Assist in the development and implementation of formal staff development initiatives and complete salary surveys as required

Act as liaison with other departments, units, communities, or organizations regarding the hire and development of top talent

Prepare various reports and metrics in conformance with legislated requirements or organization’s needs

Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Combination of education and experience normally represented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field with 3 to five 5 years of related HR Generalist experience is required

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software and HRIS; Experience with an applicant tracking system is mandatory

Must be patient and persistent with a high energy level and flexibility

Must have excellent organizational, communication, and professional presentation skills, be detail-oriented and be able to work independently

Must have the ability to prioritize work load and work with people of very diverse economic, cultural, and professional backgrounds

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include rare evenings

Must be vaccinated against Covid-19
