Perform a full RC product development (design, develop, test prototypes,

manufacture and implement).

3. Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.

4. Produce outline designs.

5. Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results.

6. Test and evaluate theoretical designs.

7. Identify, fomulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.

8. Evaluate final product's overall performance, reliability and safety.
