JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our BPO Associates / Agents will be providing BPO services to our Clients in the USA, completing daily assigned tasks, carrying out professional services, Outbound calling, Telemarketing, Achieving daily targets, and Making customers understand the program. Other responsibilities may include:
• Cold call prospects to sell/ Pitch product
• Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features and
benefits.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services
meet their needs
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Skills Required
• Candidates should have good English Communication skills (Written& Spoken)
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and
telephone systems
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Customer service experience and customer-centric attitude
