Handle project scope, proposals, design, project engineering, budgeting, scheduling, etc. Need engineer who has experience working with ODOT as well as OTA. Transportation project experience needed. Searching for engineer who is upbeat, positive and most of all ambitious. Seeking engineer with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with clients on a regular basis.
