Engineering Manager - Civil Engineer

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer. Need engineer with BSCE, PE and at least 10 years of engineering experience, that includes project management. Need engineer who can manage projects, engineers and client relations. Experience with transportation and municipal projects needed. Prefer engineer who start out as a design engineer and worked their way up to managing projects. Looking for engineer with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
