Job Responsibilities:
1. Use various recruitment channels to publish recruitment advertisements and develop recruitment
channels;
2. Execute recruitment, selection, interview, selection and placement;
3. Conduct pre-employment testing and resume screening;
4. Make full use of various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs;
5. Establish a backup talent selection plan and a talent reserve mechanism.
Work requirements:
1. More than 2 years working experience in recruitment positions.
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources is preferred.
3. Background in the game or e-commerce industry, with practical experience in recruitment for
marketing, operation, and sales positions.
4. Possess good anti-pressure ability and excellent coordination and communication skills.
5. Strong adaptability, good English proficiency is preferred
Meal supplement per day: 420 P - 550 P
Monthly housing allowance: 17000 P – 32000 P
Working hours: 8 holidays and 8 Philippine holidays 5 days and 8 hours weekends
