We are looking for someone to handle multiple tasks in our main office of our family owned tire shop.
Responsibilities would include:
-Answering phone calls / assisting customer or taking messages
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable - must be comfortable with doing collections.
- Must know how to work with Quickbooks, Excel and Word -Checking and receiving inventory into Quickbooks
- Reconciling
- Bills
-Checking customers out and collecting payment (Quickbooks)
-Filing, Organizing It is important be have proper computer skills to handle daily tasks with ease.
Someone who is friendly and personable to leave the customers feeling appreciated. Driven, motivated and willingness to keep busy and be proactive if no one is available at a moment to give direction. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30
