As a Business Development Manager, you will forge relationships with the human resource community selling our Premium Recruitment Solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the full sales life cycle, from prospecting business to business to building relationship with C level and Human Resource Management to securing agreements to provide Human Capital.
· Build and maintain a prospect pipeline that aligns with the product provided by our internal recruiters.
· The ability to provide intelligent written correspondence as well as being able to articulate our solutions to client needs
· A true hunter that can also maintain a long standing relationship with our clients
· The ability to learn and adapt to changes in our market
· Continuously engage in networking events to promote Area Temps mission.
· Must have the highest integrity and transparency to be a cultural fit.
· Must have the ability to work with designated account manager
· Provide Account Manager all the necessary tools to assist in customer support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven success in developing sales strategies and presentations
Demonstrated experience in negotiation and closing
Strong market and industry knowledge
3-5 years previous sales experience preferred
Previous recruiting experience preferred
Must have a high level of professional and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication
Ability to work comfortably with a variety of computer programs and learn new technology: Microsoft Office, online research sites, database systems, social media, etc.
Must be able to work well under pressure and work within Amotec guidelines to achieve success
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline driven team environment
A strong work ethic and integrity are essential to this position
A valid driver’s license, insurance and a vehicle in good working condition is required to fulfill this position
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
