Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Job Responsibilities
• Receive and respond to inquiries via phone calls, emails, and social media (WhatsApp, Instagram DMs).
• Process online transactions, communicate orders to the kitchen team and follow through on delivery of items ordered to the clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell the company’s products and services to clients through all communication channels.
• Follow up on potential clients to explain company products & service offerings and encourage purchases in line with the company’s policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales, scheduled client orders, and client complaints.
• Keep accurate records of all clients’ data (names, phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Ensure client satisfaction at all times by promptly attending to their specific needs.
• Follow up on clients to get post-service delivery feedback.
• Receive, resolve or escalate client complaints to the operations manager.
• Perform all other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• BSc. /HND in any field.
