Electrical Engineer - Substation Design Experience

Opportunity for Electrical Engineer with BSEE, PE and at least 5 years of experience. Need engineer who can handle design and project engineering for a variety of substation projects. Power generation as well as power distribution. Must have design software skills. Must have Substation project experience. Ability to handle project scope and proposals is needed.
