US MORTGAGE LENDER'S PROGRAMS/ADVANTAGES INCLUDE:
· Warrantable up to 97 and Non-Warrantable up to 90% LTV.

· 1% Conventional min 620 credit score with AUS approval. 80% of the area median income.

•Provide initial consultations to identify the Borrowers’ needs and criteria for their new or existing home
