Job Description
<Main Tasks>
To take care of all delivery management of the products and also inquiries from clients
<Responsibilities>
-Generating and maintaining files of orders, invoices
-follow up delivery status and adjusting the delivery dates
-Responsible for creating Purchased Order
-Answer customer inquiries related to their orders or surveys.
-Create weekly report regarding delivery status
-help out with impex side and GA side tasks if ever needed
Job Requirements:
<MUST>
-At least College graduate (Preferably Computer Science or Accountancy)
-At least 1-2 years experience in delivery date management of products in Manufacturing industry. Maximum of 4 years (cannot accept over qualified candidates)
-Strong logical thinking and calculation skills.
<PREFER>
*With experience working in manufacturing company and knows the mechanism of manufacturing set up
*with experience in Import / export tasks
*With experience in GA related tasks
