We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our ENTRY Level customer service role. We're fortunate and excited to say that we are expanding, our client demand has increased, looking for the extra hands to join our success team.
Our CSR will provide product/service information to any and all consumers and clients. This right candidate is passionate, patient and communicative to represent the best our company and client services. The ultimate goal to ensure first class service, work efficiently with our client inquiries and maintain the best customer satisfaction.
Duties in the CSSR position include:
Customer relationship building
Generate Leads
Charity Brand Awareness
Retail Brand Ambassador
Present service to client base
Meet customer service quality needs
Learn administrative tasks
Learn other departments of the company
Diversify your skill-sets and enhance the experience
Position Skills and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Prior experience important but not required: we provide training
Proactive attitude / solution oriented
Strong Communication and active listening skills
Loves to work and help others
Ability to adapt to different customers and situations
