Schedule: DAYSHIFT AND WEEKENDS OFF
Salary: PHP 16,000-19,000 (Depending on the length of experience in recruitment and skill set)
Job Responsibilities
-Sourcing & Sifting.
-Generate leads using established sourcing channels.
-Calibrate with Hiring Manager to ensure that the applicants generated are aligned with the requirement.
-Conduct candidate call outs and initial phone screening, and filter candidates for open positions.
-Manage candidates and clients effectively.
-Maintain accuracy and completeness of the recruitment database.
Qualifications
-At least 2nd year in college with at least 6 months of experience in Sales or end-to-end recruitment process handling Volume hiring.
-Open to Fresh Graduates of Psychology or HR-related courses with Recruitment Internship/OJT.
-Open to candidates with Sales and ESL experience who's willing to shift career.
-Open to IT graduates open to shift in recruitment.
-Candidates outside NCR are welcome.
-Proficient in candidate and client management.
-Average verbal and written communication skills.
-Motivated to work with tight deadlines and targets, with high level of resilience.
-Good rapport building skills.
