The role: As a Sales Support assistant, you will report to the Operations Manager, while handling a high level of outbound / inbound calls.

Other requirements:

● Exceptional customer service skills

● Excellent writing and communication skills

● Experience in inbound/outbound calls is essential for this position

● Experience in a Call Centre environment.
