Welding Foreman (Off Shore)

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and environmental health within the facility;

• Demonstrates clear leadership and development of subordinate employees;

• Ensures all equipment is in good/safe operating condition;

• Leading rotating shift schedule and supervising welding and maintenance personnel's daily activities;

• Provide technical training related to maintenance, process systems, and safety standards;

• Leading employees in safety, productivity, efficiency, process improvement, and quality;

• Supervise employees by providing training, safe working conditions, necessary tools and equipment to meet customer requirements within budget;

• Performing welding tasks, such as setting up equipment and preparing welding rods, wires, or electrodes for use.

• Achieve manufacturing excellence by establishing and communicating goals, coaching, evaluating performance, and developing people;

• Maintaining the quality of the welders’ work by inspecting completed projects

Qualifications

• 3 years of Supervisory Experience(Oil & Gas/ Offshore).

• Must have experience in giving various types of Welding Tests;

• Must be able to lead and advise a crew;

• Must be able to read blueprints;

• Must have fabrication/Production experience;

• Must have experience in timekeeping and strong computer skills;

• 10 years of experience.

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Oil & Gas Welding Supervision: 10 years (Preferred)

• Offshore: 3 years (Preferred)
