We are looking for an operations assistant officer who will reports to the operations manager and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus of optimal sales performance.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office.
• Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
• Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors.
• Monitor sales orders and supplier relations.
Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum of OND in the related field.
• Experience in a business work environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An eye for attention to detail.
