Job Title: Admin Officer

Job Description:

An admin officer assists a senior official in the development of operating procedures, confers with him on matters affecting personnel, coordinating and assisting a higher-level administrator with the management of an agency.

Ultimately, they oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget, expense, etc. Manage financial and Administration teams to achieve company financial goal.

Their Major Job Duties Include:

•Manage office supplies stock and place orders.

•Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

•Maintain and update company databases.

•Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.

•Providing customer service to clients.

•Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.

•Preparation of budgets and reconciling daily, monthly and yearly.

•Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process.

•Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

OND/HND/BSC in Managerial and Customer related course of study. Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.

Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills.
