· Setting up administrative procedures of VTC
· Working with accounting & finance consultants of the company to review existing and set up new accounting & finance systems for VTC.
· Taking memos and Maintaining files( administrative, finance, HR, Clients projects)
· Sending and receiving Correspondences
· Taking part in customer relations and experiencing VTC
· Assist the MD & Other members of management in overseeing policy formulation and implementation of financial, monetary, economic, trade and development as well as innovation matters
· Managing finances ( financial plans, accounting, payments, debt recovery, etc.
· Keeping records of all financial transactions
· Generating financial reports such as income statements, cash flow statements, etc...
· Data entry
· Word processing
· Office management
· Documents preparation and Filing
· Presentation creation
· Answering phones
· Marketing & sales of company solutions both online & offline
· Customer service & relations
· Other duties that will be assigned by line managers
