Industrial Millwright - Day / Aft. rotation - Stratford

Millwright – PERMANENT – Day / Aft. rotation (every 2 weeks)

PAY: up to $40.00/hr to start + benefits from Day 1 + incentive bonuses

LOCATION: Stratford, Ontario

Qualifications:

* Red Seal / Inter Provincial Industrial Millwright (433A) certification

* Experience working in automotive industry an asset

* Experience with Fanuc or Motoman (Yaskawa) robots an asset

* Able to identify weld defects and their causes

* Knowledge and experience in proper rigging techniques

* Knowledge and experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems

* Electrical knowledge in low voltage controls and ability to change sensors, route sensor wires

* Knowledge and skill in use of machine shop tools such as vertical mill or lathe to machine parts from print or measurements taken in the field

* Able to read and understand blueprints, machine drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings, and electrical prints

* Understanding and experience in making simple tool adjustments to weld fixtures

* Attention to detail and ability to keep proper documentation of work completed

* Motivated self-starter

* Any of the following would be an asset: PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, Kaizen, process and cycle time improvements

* Willing and able to work assigned shift and overtime as required

Duties:

* Repairing and maintaining production equipment

* Fabrication and welding

* Troubleshooting equipment and processes

* Participating in PM program

* Complete all maintenance work in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario and industrial regulations

* Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
