Type of employment: fulltime, permanent.

Wages: $26.50/hour, 40 hours per week.

Location of work: various locations as per company contracts.

Start date: as soon as possible

Key job responsibilities will include;

Use sand paper to trim, smooth and shape surfaces,

Take away old wallpapers and loose paint,

Properly mix and set the consistency of paint to obtain desired color and texture,

Assist and advise clients to select the color schemes and wall coverings for interior and exterior surfaces,

Paint interior and exterior walls at height with the use of ladder.

Repair the cracks and holes in the walls and apply sealer,

Apply materials and paint by using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.

Calculate amount of required material and estimate amount-read blueprints and drawing for the premise for the execution of painting job.

Required education skills and experience:

High school education is required

1 to 2 year of experience

Basic knowledge of English

Work conditions and physical capabilities: attention detail, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods. Candidate should have ability to work in team, able to finish the given work in tight timeframe.

Work site environment: At heights, Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Cold.
