Call centre agent (SALES)

Requirements:

Fluent and well-spoken in English.

Must have a minimum of 2 years recent sales experience in the customer service/call centre industry.

Laptop or PC Operating System Windows 10/11 with a 64bit processor (No tablets or cellular devices).

Computer literate.

Fibre connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20mbps.

Headset USB 2.0 connection (No Bluetooth or Aux headsets).

Smart phone with WhatsApp essential.

Lan/Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection).

Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage. Eg. a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a Generator.

Must have no other jobs/studies/exams to finish off.

All requirements must be met in order for your application to be successful.

Duties:

This campaign is for our existing UK clients. This remote role would consist of calling our clients to inform them of rewards they will be receiving for being a member, and offering them our FREE 14 day trial along with their rewards.

Further Information:

Extensive script and system training is provided.

All of our clients are existing members with us and have already purchased products from us, so there is ZERO cold calling in this position.

In this position you need to be energetic, enthusiastic and confident. Must be able to think fast and on your feet, handling clients with ease.
