Job Responsibilities:

Create successful plot and flat sales strategy for the organization within the constraints of a certain budget, targets, and deadlines.

Create monthly sales reports and daily feedback for the General Manager of the company.

To gather information about possible clients, work closely with real estate and housing agents.

Proper customer follow-up up until the sale is completed.

Create a database of prospective clients.

Have the liaison with Government Dignitaries if required.

Promote the company's products, including its plots, apartments, and commercial space.

To hire real estate and housing agents in specified locations, and build a strong relationship with them.

Team members should be routinely followed up.

Attend meeting with the team members.

Coordinating with customer influencers.

Project presentation to the potential customer in the office & in the project site.

Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.

Employment Status : Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor or Masters from any discipline

Experience Requirements: Min. 2 years

Additional Requirements: Age 30 to 45 years

Males and Female are allowed to apply.

Have to min. 2 years’ experience in the area of sales and marketing in housing and real estate businesses especially Land projects.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Group of Companies, Housing Company, Real Estate & Land Developer Companies

Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Should have a positive and to-do attitude.

Must be Target Oriented.

Do not apply if you do not have any experience in Real Estate.

Job Location : Gulshan-1, Dhaka

Salary :

Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
