Our client company is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage all aspects of electrical maintenance including day-to-day and long term electrical, electronic and optimization needs to ensure quality work and minimal downtime in a safe and efficient manner for the sawmill.

You must be willing to:

• Supervise/coordinate/plan/oversee day-to-day and long-term electrical maintenance of the sawmill

• Perform/responsible for PLC programming.

• Collect information from various sources (employees/vendors) to ensure that the appropriate parts/materials are on site in order to accomplish the required tasks

• Plan daily electrical maintenance including filling out work orders/distributing them to the appropriate personnel

• Reviews downtime to determine causes/prevention

• Train electricians/new employees

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY):

• High school diploma or GED

• Knowledge of high production sawmills

• 3-4 years’ experience in the electrical maintenance field

• Excellent computer skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Have excellent time management/organizational/problem-solving skills
