JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 18 years old or above

• computer literate

• must be fluent in ENGLISH; keep in mind that you'll be conversing with foreign customers

• committed to full-time long-term employment

All successful applicants go through a month long training on communications, culture and product-specific courses to equip them before actual work begins.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Work-At-Home (WAH) Program

• Must have a reliable WIRED internet connection with 40 mbps or above.

• Must have access to a PC/laptop to take the assessments which may include typing/data entry among others. A smartphone is not advisable. However, CONCENTRIX will supply you your work computer once hired.

• Must have sufficient space suitable for Work-At-Home set up to avoid distractions.

• Must reside in NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL ATTAINMENT

• at least graduate of SHS (K-12) or the old High School (finished 2015 or earlier) or the equivalent under the Alternative Learning System (ALS)

• not tied up with academics; not currently studying nor enrolling for school

• minimum of one (1) year INTERNATIONAL VOICE call center experience

• for applicants under the K-12 curriculum, you should be graduates of Senior High School because strictly Junior HS graduates will not be accepted. However for those under the old (pre K-12) curriculum, HS graduates are welcome to apply.
