Answer and direct phone calls
Sales and Marketing experience is a plus.
Must have a grip on social media management and platforms.
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Excellent typing speed, good with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Provide general support to visitors
Keep the office and showroom in order.
Must be very organized, eloquent and smart
