Production Supervisor - engineering experience

1) Prepare materials take off form and arrange the material requirements as per the releases from the engineering department to meet the production target for each station.

2) Establishing delivery schedules for each project released to fabrication by engineering to meet contractual commitments including priorities of jobs in hand.

3) 3-planning and following of all steps in the production line from start to finish and shipping are working to full capacity and have a sizeable back log for every station within the priorities of jobs in hand (Fitting & Fabrication, welding, cleaning, painting…etc.)

4) To ensure that all contractual delivery dates are met and delivered to clients accordingly. Reporting to PGM ahead of time any drops in target achieving which might lead to missing the committed delivery dates.

5) To study and recommend to PGM nos. of stations needed for each job in hand to be able to meet delivery commitments.

6) To study and recommend to PGM the works that will be subcontracted outside in order to make the delivery commitments.

7) To follow up and closely coordinate the materials take off, materials request lists, materials issuance to fabrication, issuance of drawings and needed CNC files to fabrication for every project in a timely manner in order to meet the start/ finish schedule commitments.

8) To closely coordinate with client for their jobs in hand for extra needed information/ clarifications or for delivery updates and schedules.

9) To closely coordinate and communicate with all production members for all queries or clarifications needed or missing materials…etc. with all other departments for needed information and documents.

To coordinate staff overtime.
