This stable manufacturer is searching for a strategic Human Resources professional to join their team in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!

As the Human Resources Generalist, you’ll act as the internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions, plans & policies for HR issues to management. This includes the development, revision and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs. Ensures programs follow established HR policies and procedures and with any relevant federal, state or local legislation and conduct audits as needed.

Your fantastic organization skills and attention to detail will be useful as you handle the HRIS system to ensure that it is complete and accurate. You’ll need to be skilled at using MS Office Suite, QuickBooks, social media, and a variety of office equipment. Your customer service & communications skills will be useful as you field questions from employees and work with every level of the organization including outside contacts. Your ability to respect sensitive & confidential information is essential. There will be opportunities to work with onboarding, training & development, and labor relations.

Salary $80,000 - $95,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Pacific Northwest USA where you’ll have many choices how to spend your time: historical sites & state parks, wineries, fine & fun casual dining offering fresh locally caught seafood, fantastic boutique shopping, festivals or outdoor activities – fishing, sailing, whale watching, kayaking. Minimum requirement for this Human Resources Generalist position:

• BS degree in HR, business or related field

• At least 3 years’ experience in human resources in a manufacturing plant

• At least 2 years’ experience with Union Contract payroll

• Excellent communications, customer service, organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving skills

• Skilled at HRIS, MS Office programs.
