Sales Coordinator

Salary – R20 000.00

Responsibilities:

- Entering sales orders, allocating stock and confirming sales orders

- Fulfilling Orders for picking and packing by our warehouse and managing the shipment of orders

- Preparing export documentation

- Liaising with our Production Manager to optimise inventory levels

- Working alongside our Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to maintain our customer database

- Attending trade shows abroad

- Supporting international sales agents

- Preparing sales reports

- Managing department store corners

The Person

- Minimum two years of experience in similar role

- Confident knowledge of English

- Knowledge of import/export including shipping

- Experience with SAP or Oracle (desirable)

- Strong numerical and analytical skills]

- Competent user of Excel
