*Accountable for site delivery and site management of the project;

*Responsible for ensuring the competence of Construction resource (including subcontractors);

*Responsible for maintaining the site office and amenities.

*Responsible for understanding the scope of works and selecting and controlling the subcontractors; *Responsible for preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with suppliers and subcontractors;

*Responsible for co-ordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the construction lifecycle. This will include directly managed resource/activities and Subcontractor resource/activities; *Responsible for the development and/or application of processes to ensure the quality and configuration management of the Construction deliverables (including services/products provided by Subcontractors);
