Instructional Designer

• 3 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development

• Exposure to ID models and theories, like ADDIE, GAGNE’s, BLOOM”s, etc…

• ID skills for various mode of learning delivery, like WBTs, ILTs, video based learning etc.

• Experience in handling a team of Instructional designers will be an added advantage

• Good command over the English language with good written and verbal communication skills

• Managing the complete life cycle of the project

• Sharing the requisite inputs with the team

• Good knowledge of authoring tools such as Captivate, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline, Lectora, etc.

• Able to inspire and lead others to achieve challenging results.
