Office Assistant duties and responsibilities

Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures

Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

Type memoranda, letters, narrative reports and other items in final format

Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing

Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages

Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

Greet visitors and providestation information to visitors

Office Assistant requirements and qualifications

Previous working experience as an Office Assistant for minimum of 0-2 years

In depth of office management procedures

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical problem solver
