2163 - Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift

Our client is a well-established privately held food products packaging company. Client base is comprised of highly respected branded Food Products. Been in business many years with multiple US facilities. Rural area outside Boise with low cost of living close to Mountains and world class outdoor recreations.

Production Supervisor, 2nd shift M-F, Southern Boise area, rural w/low cost of living

Mentor and develop (2) direct report Production Leads and roughly 200 total scope employees

Responsibility for (12) complicated packaging lines

Successfully manage quality control on assigned shift

Ensure all plant safety standards are being adhered to on shift.

Manages efficiencies and cost control for optimal results

Lead the team with Continuous Improvement knowledge base

Maintain and continue to develop positive employee engagement and relations

Requirements:

Ability to develop policies, procedures and training programs to create an engaged workforce and deliver increased efficiencies

Minimum 5 - 7 years of Management experience in a food, dairy or general manufacturing environment. Degree is preferred but optional with experience.

Seeking demonstrated track record of leadership and people management
