We are recruiting for Inbound Customer Contact Centre Agents
Duties include, not limited to;
Responsible for answering all Inbound calls correctly and accurately
Manage all telephonic queries in a professional and efficient manner
Manage overflow inbound telephonic calls received in a professional and efficient manner
Pro-actively escalate all urgent issues and/or queries to the Call Centre/Customer Service Manager.
Attributes/Qualifications/Skills:
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
MS Office Skills
High levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
Ability to apply judgment and tact when providing explanations
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Team orientation with a commitment to team goals, targets and objectives
No experience required as training is provided
