Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
Voice Gateways, CUBE, FAX.
SIP Trunk, ISDN PRI circuits E1/T1, POTS.
UCCX and some level of UCCX scripting.
Cisco Video TelePresence servers (Expressway core and Expressway Edge) – Added advantage.
Good knowledge on CUCM Dial plans and call routings.
Able to read CUCM RTMT debug logs and Troubleshoot call failures.
Roles and responsibilities:
Hands on experience handling, Configuration of all types of IP phone models, Softphones, Jabber
Troubleshoot Cisco IP phone registration problems
Create/Modify call flows in call handlers
Troubleshoot basic call routing issues
Troubleshoot issues related to FAX
IOS upgrade on Cisco routers / voice gateways
Hands on experience in CUCM, CUC
Experience in monitoring and L2 level troubleshooting voice circuits (SIP Trunk, ISDN PRI circuits E1/T1, POTS)
Basic knowledge on voice protocols (SIP, MGCP, H.323)
