Engage with clients to assist with configuring and building our 3rd party integrations to the platform.
Research, design, and deploy planned and pre-scoped integrations to meet customer requirements against known or new 3rd party systems.
Triage and resolve SQL and API related issues.
Provide ongoing documentation, training, and feedback to internal colleagues.
Create and edit documentation for our internal and external knowledge portal.
Practical knowledge of SQL, XML, XML schema, JSON
Understanding of SQL stored procedures, triggers, and jobs
REST and SOAP API Experience
Basic database structure and data management
File Transfer Protocol experience (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP)
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
Highly adaptable and self-motivated, able to operate in complex environments while successfully managing simultaneous projects
Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
Prior technical support, tier 2 support, sales engineering, or product engineering experience welcomes
Enterprise iPaaS experiences - such as Workato, Tray.io, Informatica, or Dell Boomi
