House Manager/Nanny

There is no better work/life balance than a 3 day weekend! The Elite Nanny Team is searching for a Household Manager for a busy Edina family who has 3 school-age boys. They need a full-time nanny who is loving, caring, and enjoys taking initiative. Our client is going through a challenging time and is looking for the perfect nanny who will help run the household, take care of the cleaning and cooking, while her boys act like boys. These kids love soccer, crafts, and all things STEM-related.

Schedule

Monday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Tuesday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Friday: None

Saturday: None

Sunday: None

Salary & Benefits Offered

Wage/Salary: $ 19.00 - $ 23.00

Duties:

Housekeeping

Bring the boys to activities using your vehicle (mileage reimbursement)

Make meals using culinary skills or recipes

Managing your time effectively

Creating crafts, games, and activities that encourage learning and growth.

Manage laundry as needed

Ensure the boy’s safety at all times

Provide social and emotional support

Employment Requirements

A great car and a clean driving record

Ability to pass a 7-year background check

Ability to pass a 9-panel drug test

A high school degree, GED or equivalent

At least 2 years of paid experience working with school-age kids in a professional setting, such as a classroom.

A team player with fantastic communication skills.

Fantastic spelling, reading, and math skills.

Excellent knowledge of emergency care.

A fantastic organizer who takes initiative and communicates effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Candidate with a college graduate from a 2 or 4-year university

Minimum of 2 years of paid professional experience with kids

CPR and First Aid Certifications

Strong knowledge of responding to emergencies

A highly creative personality who loves creating activities and games

An energetic, enthusiastic individual with energy to burn

A candidate who can instill boundaries, rules, and proper behavior

Schedule Type: Full-time
