Responsibilities-
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION:
• Sourcing of candidate through recruitment agency, Social Sites, References.
• Screening & Shortlisted the appropriate CV.
• Conducting Preliminary Telephonic interview.
• Screening and short-listing profiles, discuss with line managers for final shortlist.
• Documenting the interview process and sharing feedback with line managers and recruitment agency.
• Executing joining formalities for final selected employees.
• Preparing Monthly Recruitment Reports.
• Induction Training new joined Employees.
• Coordinating Sitting Arrangement of the new Employee Joined.
HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System):-
• Submit report to Management Daily Absenteeism/ Present/Leave, Daily Overtime, Monthly Overtime, Performance Incentive Report.
• Monthly Join and Left Employee Report. (Rate of Attrition)
• Monthly Wages and Salary Tentative Expenditure Report.
• Monthly Accident Report (Minor & Major).
• Monthly Direct/ Indirect Expenses Report.
COMPENSATATION & BENEFITS
• Employees aware to various HR policies implemented in Organization.
• Maintaining Personal Files of each employee.
• Generate and Submit PF, ESIC, LWF Challans.
• Generating and Issues Various letters - Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Probation Letter, Contract Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letter etc.
• Maintaining important documents like Leave records, Attendance Register, Wage Register, Muster Rolls etc.
• Query Handing (Queries related to Salary, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Maternity, etc.)
• Liaison with government department Labour dep’t. ESI, P.F., Employment exchange, Police etc.
• Maintain statutory requirement, (Under Various Labour Law),
• Grievance reduces of the individual & group.
• Settlement the Dispute between the workers and management.
• Payroll Processing.
• Leave Accounting & Management.
• Wage & Salary Administration.
• Processing others payments of employees such as Incentive, Bonus, Reimbursement etc.
• Salary revisions / Changes during completion of probation and Annual Increments as per Company Policies.
• Full & Final Settlement and exit interview.
