Our client company is seeking an experienced supervisor to be responsible for the maintainance of all equipment and facilities to optimize, safety, cost, and productivity.

You must be willing to:

• Detail/specify preventative maintenance programs

• Specify/order all maintenance supplies (hydraulic oils/greases for plant equipment)

• Be responsible for all preventative maintenance programs

• Maintain/promote a safe work environment

• May oversee construction/installation progress to ensure conformance

• Oversee the maintenance of all building alarm systems

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY):

• High School diploma (2 year college preferred)

• 4 years related experience in building/equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment

• LEAN experience (TPM/5S/Tool Management)

• Experience with environmental programs preferred

• Ability to apply mathematical concepts (statistical data/fractions/percentages/ratios/proportions)

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form

• Ability to define problems/collect data/establish facts/draw valid conclusions
