Instrumental knowledge

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Contracer (CV-2100), Air Plug Gauge, Surface Roughness Tester, Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge.

Job responsibilities

Conduct rejection meeting and conduct why, why analysis leading to a progressive decision

Maintain all the documents of standard room and Quality department

Inspecting the components on CMM,Contracer,Roughness Tester

Dealing with customer complaint and provide CAPA to the customer

Development of new components and prepare all the Documents regarding it

Calibration of all the gauges used in machine shop,PDI,PDC and Foundary

Preparing Layout Plan and Conducting the Layout of the components
