Description
Supervising maintenance of high standards of Housekeeping. Take care of Front Office and Calling reports send to Managements. Handling Walk-In candidates and providing suitable Test. Coordinating with HR for Candidates Technical and HR Interview. Maintaining Candidates Records and Rating sheets. Maintaining Candidates Interview Remarks and sending reports to the Management. Coordinating with external agencies and executing AMCs for office equipments. Tracking & Maintaining inventory levels for all items required and preparing material requirement plan as per the requirements. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing correspondences. Purchase of office stationeries and office equipment. Responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences and board meetings.
