Knowledge of AWS, IT applications, processes,software and equipment.
Knowledge of Linux System monitoring and analysis and Networking (DNS, TCP/IP).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in ICT, including AWS, servers, desktops, and networks.
Ability to recognise trends and determine the root cause of problems through analysis and structured thought.
Provide secure operations within client environments.
Core understanding of DevOps technologies within AWS.
Execute scripts and adapt scripts for automation when necessary
Excellent communication skills
Ability to comfortably provide technical support over the phone; previous customer service experience.
Attention to detail and an ability to keep detailed documentation updated and accurate.
Any AWS certification is must.
