We are looking for inbound call centre agents

Salary from R12500

Description Attend to clients queries

Serve customers by taking telephone, fax and e-mail queries and provides information

Articulate company products to clients

Build relationships with them for smooth business transactions

Liaise with our internal consultants

Provide support and assistance to other internal teams

Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed

Provides communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.

Requirements

Matric

Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.

Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.

Adaptable: fast learner and shows a positive response to change.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle the pressure of difficult clients

- always remain calm, friendly, courteous, polite, professional and willing to assist.
