Position Summary:

Make outbound calls to prospects within specified SLAs

Ensure no enquiries are missed out & SLAs are strictly followed. Coordinate with respective teams (sales, marketing & support) depending on customer requests

Objective of this Role include:

Consistently provide a pleasant voice experience to prospects who want to buy our products. Be a reference point for marketing, sales, support & CRM team for any customer related update

Position Responsibility:

Monitor flow of leads daily across marketing funnel daily

Explain product features & gather requirements needed to build a customer profile

Gather essential data to qualify the prospect & assign relevant status

Use CRM effectively to maximize marketing ROI & reduce leakages. Regular reporting & analytics
