Project Management Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, budgeting activities and financial reports concerned with the construction of projects.

Participates in the conceptual development of a project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation.

Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site personnel to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.

Collaborate with the Field Superintendent as well as other departments in the acquisition of tooling, materials, equipment, etc. to complete the project.

Develop RFP deliverables for a complete bid package including safety plans, execution plans, quality plans, environmental plans, and other plans as required by the customer.

Business Development Responsibilities:

Identifies and pursues new business opportunities; Develops relationships with prospective clients in assigned region to gain or expand new business.

Attends trades shows, conferences and meetings to promote services to potential clients.

Works collaboratively with internal departments such as Account Management, Pricing, Operations, Transitions and other areas to complete negotiated deals and RFPs.

Promotes a positive safety culture by fully complying with all safety policies and procedures, and applicable federal, states and local regulations.

Any other duties as requested by management or executive branch.

Create and maintain a project work plan for all strategic planning design and implementation activities

Work with functional units of the organization in the development and preparation of the strategic and operational plans, ensuring consistency of those plans

Provide analytic support and analysis for operating and corporate staff project


BS/BA degree in business, marketing, related field or the equivalent in education and work OR BS/BA degree in construction/project management, related field experience.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales including strategic selling experience or related activities.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management, specifically in industrial power plant environments.

Mechanical Service, Facility Service, or Commercial HVAC project experience desired

High level of personal motivation and a result orientated approach

Strong verbal, written, organization and planning skills

Strong analytic and modeling skills

Team orientated
