DESCRIPTION

We are looking forward to hiring a customer service representative for our reputable company to handle the needs, complaints and to provide informed solution to customers queries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Handling and resolving customer complaints or any major incidents.

•Isuing refunds or compensation to customers according to the company's policy.

•Producing written information for customers, which will also involve the use of computer packages/software.

•Writing reports analysing the customer service provided by the company.

•Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.

•Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Must have a degree in social sciences or any related field of discipline.

•A previous experience as customer service representative or a similar role is an added advantage.

•Familiarity with Microsoft suite.

•Must have a good interpersonal communication skills.

•Must have the ability to manage crisis.
