Regional Sales Manager.

Our Client is Professionally Managed and growing Organisation, dealing into Manufacturing, Marketing and exporting of Electro-Mechanical Range of Products and Systems and is having Global Operations and a network of more than 12 Branch Offices in India and excellent network of Distributors and hold 45% Market share in India and its Production Processes are according to international standards.

Job Description and Expected Skills / Key Result Areas :

-Exposure and experience to cater B2C and B2B Clients.

-Exposed to Superior sales and management skills with accomplishments all through his/her career.

-Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.

-Most of the regional sales manager will be traveling around 60 -70% across north India and would control the activities of sales and marketing representatives and agents.

-Established track record in effective leadership talents which includes people and team development.

-Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Leading sales manager and develop sales operation plans with the approval of the national and global sales managers ie GM / Director.

-Should be capable of managing the region assigned to them to ensure proper sales.

Responsible for achieving the client or activation targets of their specified region.

-Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team and focus on customer service.

-Organise Product Demo Events / Seminars for customers in his region on continuous and regular basis.

-Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations.

-Growth of Region is RSM Responsibility

-Appoint and develop Team for growth of business and company.

-Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region.

-Ensuring availability of as per target, Settlement of claims, Selecting right distributor, Motivating entire team. Team Building, Select the right candidate, Target oriented, Maintaining customers relationships.

Essential Functions:

-Make daily customer visits. Follow-up on customer quotations.

-Perform basic relationship building on a daily basis.

-Provide technical training or technical information to distributor sales staff.

-Collect as much information regarding the sales process from distributors in the territory.

-Will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and management of the sales territory.

-Represent the company at open houses, trade shows, and industry groups.

Qualifications Desired :

BE / BTech - Electronics / Electrical.

MBA / PGD in Sales / Marketing would be an added advantage.

Experience Desired :

8-12 Years.

Age Preferred : Below 35 Years.
