Manager,Supervisor-Bilingual Speaker (Chinese,Arabic,Japanese,French)

Position type: Full Time or Part time (For pioneering account)

Education Desired: Preferably Associate’s Degree

General Abilities:

For Chinese account: Chinese to English translation and vice versa.

For Arabic account: Arabic to English translation and vice versa.

For Japanese account: Nihongo to English and vice versa.

For French account: French to English translation and vice versa.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

At least 1 year working related experience as translator or alike.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to lead and manage projects.

Excellent knowledge in the use of MS office and other standard software application.

Knowledge in IT infrastructure.

Ability to work both independent and team environment.

Fast learner, responsible and with strong communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Communicate confidently with clients, vendors to ensure quality service.

-To handle customer service inquiries and problems via phone, email or

physical meeting.

- Handle interpretations during client’s meeting.

- Responsible for moderating and translating certain subjects.

-To provide coaching and mentoring.

- To supervise and monitor performance of every project.

- Serves as primary contacts for all existing project (for account managers)

- To work as assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (for account managers) -Represent the company in a professional manner.

- Can travel locally and abroad (if there’s a need to) to attend meeting (s)

with the client.
