We require a vibrant individual to join and assist the with reception duties on a full time basis. Proactive individual who can work as part of a team and who has a ‘can do’ attitude; presentable, well groomed individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meeting and greeting clients, you will be responsible for answering calls, organising couriers and attending to any other reception admin tasks as required.
1-3 years experience in a similar role (reception and administrative skills)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Good spoken and written English & Afrikaans; Good communication skills both over the telephone and face to face ; Reliable work ethic ; Good time management ; Organisational skills ; Computer literate
Remuneration: R6000 – R6500 CTC
